Thank you for spending at AnyoneSwap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to help.

To initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below.

Digital Subscription Products (e.g., AnyoneSwap Premium)

You can cancel your Anyoneswap subscription by clicking the cancel button on your history page. The Unsubscribe button will only be visible to users who are subscribed. If you have difficulty unsubscribing directly, please send us an email on Telegram.

  • We may, in our sole discretion, provide free Credits when you sign up for our Services.
  • Paid Credits will be deducted before and in advance of free Credits when you use our Services. Paid Credits are non-refundable and will expire if you cancel your membership or do not use your account for two years.
  • Free Credits do not expire.
  • We may revoke your membership privileges and terminate your membership if you violate these Terms or use the Services in an abusive manner.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Digital products (e.g., AnyoneSwap Credits Packs, AnyoneSwap Premium)

No refund if any credit pack and AnyoneSwap Premium have been used. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for the refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Official Rewards
  • Used credits
  • Sales items
  • Credits Earned from Referrals

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your refund request, our staff will check your membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original [credit card/payment method] used for the purchase.

Credits purchased by a subscription or credit pack will be used from initially paid credits.

Once we confirm your eligibility for a refund, we will refund the full amount of your last payment.

If the problem occurs due to a service problem and not the user's fault, a full refund including payment fees will be provided.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via Telegram.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
